Who We are
Our story began in 2019 with a humble 300 sq ft shop at Burlington Square. Word of our roasts spread quickly—Food King awarded us full marks, Dr. Leslie Tay praised us, and media like EatBook and SethLui.com gave glowing reviews. Even the prestigious Fullerton Hotel invited us to their Hawker Generation event, a testament to the quality and authenticity of our food.
After taking time to regroup, we’re back in 2025 with a bold new concept. Now in a 1,300 sq ft, 2 storey space, we’ve created more than a restaurant—it’s also an art studio and gallery. Walking in, you’ll experience the blend of tradition and modernity, where food and creativity come together. Our goal is simple: to give every customer not just a meal, but an experience that nourishes both palate and soul.

The Chef – With roots in legendary Cantonese restaurants of the 1970s, he brings time-honored recipes and techniques, keeping the flavors authentic and true to tradition.
The Founder – Sharon, the face you see on social media, the student, and the driving force who pulls everything together, carrying the vision of Eat 3 Cuts forward.
